It is a treatment method we use for muscle pain and tendon pain. By placing thin acupuncture needles on trigger points within the muscle, blood flow in that area is increased. In this way, the pathways that transmit pain to the brain are blocked and the occurrence of pain is prevented.
In both cases, very thin acupuncture needles are used. Acupuncture is applied to different parts of the body and the disrupted energy flows of 12 meridians are regulated. In dry needling, only painful points belonging to the musculoskeletal system are treated.
